Need Static IP Help

ok so when i go to the command thing and type in ipconfig/all or whatever it doesn't give me the info it just says " 'ipconfig' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"
please help

Where is you command prompt when you run this?

There should be a space between ipconfig and /all

i don't know what you mean by that
i have done it as "ipconfig", "ipconfig/all", and "ipconfig /all" none have worked.

Goto start menu in the run box type cmd

In the black screen command prompt type ipconfig /all
