Ok my isp is at&t bellsouth high speed connection. I just simply want to know how to change my Wan ip address (not my router ip). Can someone explain what "ip passthrough", "Dhcp" and "Nat/Gaming" is. Are they related to changing your WAN Ip? Here are some pictures to show you some stuff. Also can I change my ip while on my wireless computer connected to my router?

This is the home summary of my house's connections.

It's controlled by your ISP...based on their DHCP "Lease" properties.

You can make your router release/renew (disconnect/connect) on the WAN interface...you may or may not get a fresh IP address based on their lease properties. If you power down your modem and router for some period of time...you are more likely to get a totally different IP.

Not related to your internal 192.168.1.xxx network scheme.

Gaming section is relating to firewall rules...and opening/forwarding ports, etc....also not related to your WAN IP.
