I have inherited another computer.

HP Pavilion Running Windows Vista, 280gb HD, 2g RAM.

Verizon told me the problem was my computer and I am lucky enough to have had a newer one at my disposal.

Here is my analyzer report

Goto control panel network connections properties uncheck the ip v6 ,and the link layer stuff.

Did that. Changed nothing.
Now, I called Verizon again and they are sending me yet another modem..
