hi my broadband has been fine but lately ive been getting some problems,i am not sure what to classify my problem as but here is a tracert and also a wireshark capture while doing the tracert

Seems your tracert shows signals looping back to your router gateway 10.1.1.1 at hop 4.

Could be problem at your ISP's switch. Call them to look into this.

I would first log into the router and disable its firewall. Save and reboot the router and do another tracert.

Enable your router's firewall again, but allow ICMP pings from LAN and you can do normal tracerts.

Bad signals from modem to ISP's switch (hop 2 and 3).

First, clean your comp and registry with CCleaner. Then scan comp for possible malware.

Reboot comp and post a new tracert.
