Heavy Upload Traffice

From last Saturday our EFW is showing heavy and constant upload traffic. Please look at the enclosed graph.

How can we identity where is the problem?

That graph does NOT show the upload traffic (volume of traffic in KB). It shows the rate of uploads (KB per sec).

Yes, but something is happening in our network, from this day (Sat) our internet has become very slow and the bandwidth utilization of our internet connection Uplink is always 100%.

Anyone on the network running p2p application? Not only torrents. Even Skype voice-over-internet is p2p based.
