Are you running stand alone ISA or ISA from within Small Business Server Premium?
My first hunch...is that it's network card driver related. So...latest drivers on the network cards? (both).

No StoneCat i`m running ISA in a Windows Server 2003 standard edition in the same machine where I had Active Directory that is mean is domain Controller and Exchange Server. And everything of that is placed in a Dell PowerEdge 1800 and specification like i read for it that can handle 70 computers on the network but i have at the moment 170 computers. I must keep them at least 6 or 7 months, the company do not have money for now to give me for more machines. I just buy a server for centralized data of the company. I know that is wrong set it up but thats it for now i can`t do something more.
I will check about the drivers, they not updated so i will do for both of network cards.
Thanks a lot.

Yikes!
May first have to fiddle with bindings and provider orders on the NICs...
What's the current setup?

Current setup mean...is this current server multi-homed? (2x network cards)
And if so...what are the bindings on each NIC..and the provider order?(in advanced network settings)
Got your PM..but I'm quite rusty on ISA...mostly only used it on setups of Small Business Server..where it was bundled with it and managed through the SBS wizard.
