Print sharing

I have a 98 computer with a printer connected to it and a vista wired/wireless laptop that I want to share the printer with. The laptop can see the other computer and printer but when I try to add it or print to it, I get an error:
[Window Title]
Connect to Printer

[Main Instruction]
Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000866).

[OK]

Im not sure where to go from here.

Make sure both computers on the same workgroup the drivers are upto date on the printer. This link may also provide more insight. If you still have trouble feel free to ask.
