OK, i've never run cables before and i have a few questions. What is the tightest i can have a cable turn and is it ok if i just drill holes in the studs to run it. Also, when i put the jacks on the ends, do i use the same standard on both ends or do i do one A and the other B?

Minimum cable bend is approx 1"...although with stranded cable...you'll find it's a bit more giving than solid....and you usually use solid for making long runs. Stranded is used more for patch cables.
You'll want to make sure you use proper ends for each also..there are ends for solid and ends for stranded cable...AFAIK only Seimens makes one that's compatible with both.
568A or 568B....as long as you have like kind of each end...you're OK, you'll find 568B is the one commonly used..I don't think I've ever come across a place wired using 568A.
