Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter & Belkin Wireless N Mimo

So I Just Upgraded from a Linksys WRT54G v8 54mbps Router to a Belkin Wireless N Mimo router(which i think is better, because it says its good for gaming).

i have the Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter connected in the living room and it still lags bad, in fact, i think the lag is actually worse.

i have a full connection and my NAT on my xbox is Open.

the router says that it goes up 2 300Mbps which i think is great
but its still extremely laggy.

I Have Tried Swiching my Xbox To A Static IP and Opening All The Ports To it Via DMZ but that did nothing. Ive Also Tried Swiching The upnp on and off and as i suspected, nothing. Port Forwarding doesnt do anything either because my NAT is Open already.
ive jus bought the router so i dont know if its just cause i havent configured it or anything but,

i have the same router and i can't seem to get my xbox to see my pc, but my pc (in wmp 11) can see my xbox 360.

Are you able to stream music/video?

yea i can stream music.
pretty good actually.

but now im actually having a problem getting my cell phone wifi to connect to my router

Do you think you can help me out? I can not for the life of me get NAT fully open. No matter what I try I get it strict.

What settings did you use for your router?

I've tried DMZ and that doesn't work. I've also tried opening numerous ports including 88 and 3074s. I've tried enabling and disabling the upnp. I've updated the firmware. Nothing I do seems to work.

I'm using windows xp sp2 with wmp 11

I do think my router might be a little different than yours, but the settings should be the same.
