Hello, i need some tweaking here running on vista x64 with 12Mbps connection. Thanks!

i set vista auto tuning to restricted level.

Vista cannot be tweaked.

Your fluctuating speed may be due to electromagnetic interference acting on your modem. Turn off power to it and relocate it to a place a few feet away from ALL other electrical devices, including away from the router.

ok thanks, so my analyzer value above is normal? as for speed, its due to diff in local and overseas connections of the ISP. so thought if there is any more stuffs i can do to improve.

Make sure Vista Auto-tuning is enabled.

Go to start-run and paste this " netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal " and hit enter. Reboot comp.

Setting it to highly restricted limits TCP Window to 260 KB which is too low for bandwidth of 12 mbps to overseas.
