How to change RWIN in vista X64?

Hi.
I have windows Vista X64 and I have disable the auto-tuning feature.
But even so, I cant change the RWIN it always stay at 64200.
Ive use tcp optimizer.

Apparently vista doesnt acknowledge the registry setting, so its best to just use teh autotuning.
