Hello,
I have Verizon Fios with 30/15 service speeds. I have a computer in dual boot and in XP I can achieve full speeds in both IE and FireFox. In Vista you are limited to 5Mbps upload by default and the Fios speed optimizer will not work with Vista so I applied the HotFix per Microsoft LINK (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/939006) and now can achieve full download and uploads speed on Vista in IE however in FireFox on Vista I am still somehow limited to 5mbps uplink instead of my full 15mbps uplink. How can I make FireFox upload speeds faster in Vista when IE already achieves full speeds?
