HI THERE, THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AROUND HERE, AND I MY ENGLISH IS NOT SO GOOD ^^U.....
I DONT KNOW WHAT SPEED CONTRACT I BOUGHT BUT I THINK IS 350\150 kbps.... I'M FROM ECUADOR... I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU CAN HELP ME TO IMPROVE MY DOWNLOAD SPEED....

MTU Discovery - Yes
Black Hole Detect - No
Selective Acks - Yes
Max Duplicate ACKs - 2
TCP 1323 Options:
Windows Scaling - uncheck
Timestamps - uncheck
Advanced Settings tab:
Max Connections per Server - 10
Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 10
LocalPriority - 1
Host Priority - 1
DNSPriority - 1

Lan Browsing speedup - optimized

Your settings are at optimum as you are getting over 90% of the speed your ISP is giving.

LOL...I understand. I am paying US$30 a month for my miserable 1024 kbps line.

Most probably your ISP is own by the government and it is a monopoly. This is common in countries where broadband internet is developing at an early stage. Prices will start to fall or speed increases when more ISPs are allowed to operate in the country.
