RCA DCM425 - 'Internet' light flashing.. TW says there are no outages.

My cable modem (RCA DCM425) currently is down and the only light on is the 'internet' light which is flashing. Power cycles have not fixed it nor has pushing the on/off button. Any ideas?

they may not say there is an outage but there prob is a issue at the nod or something local... check at your local office, as it might be upgrades or just a simple problem.

if you wiggle the power connection at the base of the modem does the modem turn off or have its lights flash around?
