Your TCP settings are correct. Check on signal quality.
Do a tracert to www.yahoo.com and post.
To do a tracert, click 'Start' and then 'Run'. Type "cmd" into the box and click 'ok'.
A DOS black screen will appear. Type after the C:\>
tracert www.yahoo.com
and press enter key
When test is completed, move mouse cursor to the DOS black screen, click right and choose 'select all'.
Move mouse cursor to the Quick Reply box of this forum, click right and 'paste'.

Rather high ping times at your modem in hop 1.
What kind of firewall and antivirus are you using?
Clean and scan your comp with CCleaner, SpyBot and Ad-Aware 2007.

Make sure your modem is placed and few feet away from all other electrical devices. And ensure you do not coil up any signal or power cables.
Turn off power to your modem and relocate it. What is the brand and model of your modem?

This is a modem and router in one unit. You have set it to bridged mode and that is why its router is turned off. You should connect your comp to it using ethernet connection.
Also, the timed out in ping times of your tracert is probably due to its firewall blocking ping signals.

Uninstall the software firewall in your comp and reboot comp. Clean and scan your comp with CCleaner, SpyBot and Ad-Aware 2007.
Your settings seem correct.

I would rather turn off bridge mode and uninstall any software firewall. The router function will serve as a better firewall.
