hey everyone im running a geforce 8800gts and am using windows XP sp2.
does anybody know if they have dx10 for windows xp i googled it and got mixed results...

No, dx10 'technology' cannot be integrated into windows due to software incompatibilities.
imho dx10 was blown out of proportion anyway, sold off my copies of vista :)

yeah i want to try dx 10 and ive messed around with vista for a little and i really dont like vista

Vista is pretty good now..its gotten alot better than it was. Just go through and strip it down as much as you can if you want to run it and DX10 for gaming, or wait till 2010 for "Windows 7" and DX11 :D

There is a project to bring DX10.0 to XP, it should be out by the time DX12.0b is done :p
