Changing of Virtual Mem vs Connection Speed

Hi there i was wonderin if setting v mem to 400mb and using that as swap file, will it effect the speed of my internet connection at all, and is it safe for a 128RAM 13GB computer.

your swapfile should be 1.5xyour Ram. that's about all you'll need.

the larger the swapfile, the larger the swapfile. that's just about it. it'll only take up more room on your hdd. no performance increase.
