Im currently in the Fiji Islands and have a really pathetic ISP at the moment. Im stuck with it since the other available ISP's dont cater for my region (these are wireless isp's).

Although my connection is supposed to be a 256k down/128 up connection, my normal downloads in IE run at 7KB/s. It seems like the ISP is capping the download/upload speed to something really lower then what is advertised. some people that i know who have the same ISP and speed (256/128) download at around 32-55KB/s normal. Any reason why there is this much difference? I know for a fact that they didnt use any tweaks. (i too have gotten this speed ie. 32kb/s once for only a few hours when the isp doubled the speed of all existing customers, i previously was 128/64 customer)

Here is my TCP/ip Analyzer report:

Clean and scan your comp with CCleaner, SpyBot and Ad-Aware 2007. Then reboot comp and do another speed test.

You should not be running 2 antivirus programs at the same time.

Uninstall one of them and clean your registry with CCleaner.
