after "ordering" a second i.p. address from comcast. how do i setup the switch and router to work ... im trying to get the second external ip? so that i can game with 2 ps2's on the same lan online

'm trying to install a network switch in front of my router. So I'm going from the cable modem (comcast connection), hooking to the network switch, then from the network switch running to one computer, and then also hooking the router to the network switch for the other four computers.
is this right???
Yep- that's right. Assuming both are static IP's?
