TWC both direct connect and wireless, same time diff ip's

I am able to connect hard wired(ethernet) to cable modem and at the same time to a wireless cable modem. Both are unique ip's, different cable feeds. Does anyone know if it's possible to take advantage of this to increase my throughput?
