Overall PINGS increase, download rate stays fine

hello there, im from Vzla, since the past few days, my pings for every game server have increased at about 100ms each, but the download rate of 100kb/s hasnt changed. Im utilizing a Dlink DWL-g120 wireless usb adapter. Havent really touched anything really. Cant really game cause most servers kick me now, i used to ping 100ms for servers based in TX, not its about 180-200ms. Heres the report.
