In need of serious help, Random disconnetions from game servers

I keep getting randomly disconnected from game servers such as World of warcraft, Gunz online, DDO Online, City of Heroes and Villains, for no apparent reason, i have a very fast internet connection, well i think its fast anyways, 200kbs a second on downloads but my speed it scaled at anywhere from 600kbs to 1mbs and i have really fast browsing and streaming speeds, for some reason i keep getting disconnected from online games, originally i had the network run straight into my compy (problems were still present) but then i had to hook up a wireless router so my sister could get internet which is in the next room, so i did (problems still present) but she got awesome connection and when my friends would play on her computer with me they never got disconnection problems, i still did, so i decided to change it to where she had the wireless router and i was hooked up through a wireless network adapter to see if it would fix my problems (problems still present) , it didn't, and now i have a slower connection and she has an even better connection, i think it might be something wrong with my settings or something in the registry or maybe its just my actual computer.

i have killed a few things on my computer but nothing that has solved my problem

sorry for the double posts but i really need some help this has been going on for half-a year now so some help would be greatly appreciated, im getting to the point of almost insanity here.

With those game possibly lag from the servers because all of those games have been known to do that. Other than that I randomly disconnect from games/the net. It totally sucks and the guys at Brighthouse say it must be my end, but I've reformated and deleted anything pirated to see if I had any viruses and call it quits w/ that crap. If you do have pirated stuff you could have Malware, which would mess up your net connection, but just depends. Chances are none of those scanners will catch anything because it hasn't w/ me and I have been having this problem for about 5 months now.
