please help

Very new a this, did all the steps recommended on this site, however when I did scan from BitDefender Online Scan, there were 8 items found, but it said my computer was still infected, any help with this HijackThis log is appreciated, thanks

If you think your computer has been compromised by malware then please follow these instructions for proper cleanup.

1. Disable System Restore then reboot your pc, this will delete all old restore points.

2. Download and run CrapCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/), this will clean out all of your temporary and junk files.

3. Unless you are using Kaspersky, NOD32, BitDefender or Avira AntiVir uninstall your current antivirus program and install Avira AntiVir Personal Antivirus (http://www.free-av.com) (it's free) and do a full system scan. Make sure you enable the option to scan for extended threat catagories (configuration - general - extended threat catagories - select all, also set the heuristics to high.)

4. Download, update and do a full system scan with a-squared FREE edition (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4281.html) and remove all that it finds. You can set the a-squared service to manual so that it only starts when you do a scan.

5. Download, update and do a full system scan with SUPERAntiSpyware (http://www.superantispyware.com/) and remove all that it finds. Make sure to uncheck run at startup, it is not needed for manual scans.

6. Download, update and do a full system scan with SpyBot Search & Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html) and remove all that it finds. When installing do not install the tea timer feature, it is not needed.

7. Download, update and do a full system scan with Ad-Aware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Ad-Aware_2008__d5947.html) and remove all that it finds. You can set the Ad-Aware service to manual so that it only starts when you do a scan.

8. Download and run AutoRuns (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/Autoruns.mspx) and see if there is anything suspicious. You have to know what you are looking for but it is an invaluable tool, it is kind of like HijackThis on steroids.

9. Download, update and do a full system scan with Windows Defender (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=435BFCE7-DA2B-4A6A-AFA4-F7F14E605A0D&displaylang=en) and remove all that it finds, also enable it's HIPS protection, open the main interface - tools - options - real time protection options - check both "software that has not yet been classified for risks" and "changes made to your computer by software that is permitted to run"..

10. Download and do a scan with HijackThis 2.0.2 (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/hijackthis.php?page=download) and post the results here in the forums so I can assist you.

11. Download and update SpywareBlaster (http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html) to help stay malware free.

12. Use ZonedOut (http://www.funkytoad.com/content/view/15/33/) to help prevent future infections.

13. Do ALL of the latest Windows Updates to ensure your OS is patched properly.
