Ping problems in cod2

hello... iam new here so :) hello everyone..

thing is.. when me and my gf is playing cod2 all is fine... but after maybe 15-20min into the game ( online ) she gets 999 ping but my ping is still fine.. this happends all the time for here..

have tryed reinstalling the game but that didnt help ether..
changed her tp cable but still problems.
changed nic card but that didnt help ether..

we are one the same connection to.. 12mbit/700kbit from start networks here in norway.

so any1 got any clue what this can be?

How are both PC's connected to the internet? Do you have a router or hub?

both pc are connected like this

pc ( mine ) / her`s ---- Switch --- router/modem --- wall

no.. have difrent keys on both...

try connecting both to just the router

thats a problem the way things are hooked up now to connec directly into the router but iam gona try that in 2week when got a new provider. so gona post back how it goes then
