Wireless is really slow. The below tests are done with security disabled, SSID broadcast off as well. I don't know why its this slow. Vista' autotuning is on. Could that be the cause?

You can't tweak Vista, but I can tell you that Intel wireless chipset is terrible. You might try and update your drivers for the Intel 3945 chipset and the firmware for your router to see if it helps. Also, enable WPA2 encryption and enable broadcasting of your SSID, disabling broadcasting does nothing but sometimes cause problems.
