Ragnarok Online Problems

I downloaded Ragnarok Online and Tried playing it and i keep getting a fail to connect to server. I thought the problem might be that my firewalls were blocking it because my friend could get online just fine. I turned off all my firewalls and still no connection. I tried connecting to my Router but i couldnt connect.

Router:

ActionTec Modem/Router/Wireless Combo

I tried using the Defualt IP to connect to it but it wouldnt connect for some reason and I dont know why.
