burning AVI to dvd-r

hey,

ive got some AVI files that play perfectly on my pc yeah. now can anyone guide me through putting those files on to a dvd-r 8x 4.7gb?

i dont know the first thing about doin this kind of converting and burning so any help is appreciated, thanks:thumb:

ok so i downloaded the vso convertxtodvd and it converted it to dvd and i get the message saying 'please insert a writable media in the selected drive. the burning process will begin automatically'

which drive is this? i want to write them onto a dvd-r...

DVD-R is media not drive.Your drive holds the DVD+-R medias (and other formats, depends on your drive).

How many drives do you have ? 10? ;)
Insert your media into your dvd writer and start burning.

put your blank disc in so it can burn it :thumb:
