lost my main rig

3.36 HT,

dont knwo why but it keeps freezing. i tired only once instance (ususally run 2 cause of the ht) freezes, tried turning off the advents or whatever it is and the 5mb thing off, no luvk, uninstalled the service, runt he screen saver version, freeze. clean case and heatsink, new thermal paste, freeze. cant figure it out. it only freezes when im runnign fah. no new apps or hardware. the saem ghost image i have been using for like a year now

SP2004 is your best bet for stress testing your system. Memtest86 is by far the best memory diagnostic though.

lol, your all going to laugh at me but it was because i was overclocked :D

why its acting up now after a year of being oc'd with no hardware change or cooling change (i clean case and heatsink often just installed filters) no idea. dropped it back down to stock and im good,

Why would we laugh at you for overclocking?:rotfl:

That can happen over time. Maybe take a look into a better cooling solution. HSF, case fans, etc.. Depends on how much you were pushing it.

laugh at me for OC'ing cause that wasnt the first thing i checked, didnt even think about it. bad trouble shooting skills lol,
its a 2.8 ht stock, pushed to 3.36 but running it at stock, i have a stock side fan intake, replaced the stock heastsink with sone copper thingy with a fan in the middle of it, 80mm pulling in fro the front and an 80 mm pushing out the back, PS also draws fom inside the case and exaust's out the back

no biggie, ill just run stock
