my connection is SLOW..

My ISP is Shaw and they advertise 5000/625 yet the most I've ever reached is probably 2000/524. My computer is clean of any spyware, adware, viruses etc. I could really use some faster downloading speeds. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

Shaw is having some problem in their network as seen in the higher ping times at hop 7 and 8. Your RWIN setting of 128480 is appropriate.

On your end, make sure the router and modem are kept a few feet away from any other electrical devices including themselves if they are separate units.
