I am using TCP optimizer program (2.0.2 version) with my premier, I gets max out of my cable modem at 20 Mbps with RWIN 4MB here. I have ignored people saying that RWIN have effect problems like packet loss or latency problems... I put 5-1100 Mhz 7.5 dB four-way splitter on it, it runs so great! with max 20 Mbps out of single cable modem so I can enjoy huge HD movie files be downloading but in future I will get new second cable modem with second premier account so i can have double speeds I love cable so much. broadband users really sucks at understanding of RWIN... RWIN is just window data flow that's all but it does not do with latency or ping... RWIN have nothing do with latency :D

Not bad. You should think about a buying a different splitter though. A good 4-way will only give you a 7 db loss not a 7.5 db loss. Although .5 db isn't really too much to worry about.

Well, I don't need to buy another a splitter device... that 7.5 dB is for digital signals however it still working so great I don't feel to buy another splitter device. Thank you for telling me that. this 7.5 dB is very strong signals...
