Have you got your DLink working?
Formula for Bandwidth Delay Product (BDP) is
RWIN = Bandwidth x Max. Latency divided by 8 = 1000 x 500 / 8 = 62500
Make RWIN an even multiple of MSS (or MTU-40)
62500 / MSS = 62500 / 1452 = 43.044
Round it up to the next nearest even number = 44
Use RWIN = MSS x 44 = 1452 x 44 = 63888
Try the following with TCP Optimizer:
General Settings tab:
Custom settings - check
Modify All Network Adapters - check
network adapter selection - your NIC
MTU 1492
TTL - 64
TCP Receive Window - 63888
MTU Discovery - Yes
Black Hole Detect - No
Selective Acks - Yes
Max Duplicate ACKs - 2
TCP 1323 Options:
Windows Scaling - uncheck
Timestamps - uncheck
Advanced Settings tab:
Max Connections per Server - 10
Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 20
LocalPriority - 1
Host Priority - 1
DNSPriority - 1
NetbtPriority - 1
Lan Browsing speedup - optimized
QoS: NonBestEffortLimit - 0
ToS: DisableUserTOSSetting - 0
ToS: DefaultTOSValue - 96
MaxNegativeCacheTtl - 0
NetFailureCacheTime - 0
NegativeSOACache Time - 0
LAN Request Buffer Size - 32768
Then select "Apply Changes" and reboot to take effect

Hm ..i buy linksys ,anyway i angry wif that D-link . Firmware Can't update , they give us the link malaysia , i download that but make system fail . so i scared already . I update that firmware cause when i play maplestory game i can't pick item at all .So i try go update firmwared. So i lazy on drive to exchange again . So this Linksys modem i get 1492MTU , 1452 Mss . :) think is ok already summor can pick item when playing maple story .
Sorry for my many question , because i wan learn it :) N trogers u really kind of people .
Bandwidth x Max. Latency divided
- about bandwith , 1mb bandwith not 1024 or is 1000 ?
-about Max Latency , how i get max latency ritely ? Mean how i count it out as 500 ?
Advanced Settings tab:
Max Connections per Server - 10 <- this increase can increase what speed
Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 20 <- n this
LocalPriority - 1 <-
Host Priority - 1 <-
DNSPriority - 1 <-NetbtPriority - 1 <-
Lan Browsing speedup - optimized
QoS: NonBestEffortLimit - 0
ToS: DisableUserTOSSetting - 0
ToS: DefaultTOSValue - 96 <- that time i teak ask 136 but why now 96 can teach me ? :) how calculateMaxNegativeCacheTtl - 0
NetFailureCacheTime - 0
NegativeSOACache Time - 0
LAN Request Buffer Size - 32768

Most of your questions are answered in this link:
http://www.speedguide.net/tcpoptimizer.php
As for calculating RWIN, you do not need to be too precise with bandwidth (using 1000 or 1024) as we have rounded up to MSS x 44 instead of MSS x 43.
It is difficult to determine max. latency to websites we frequent as the value changes during different times of the day or night. What I normally do is to determine average latency and then multiply it with a factor of 1.5.
You can test your latency to the US (which is half way around the world) at this link during different times of the day:
http://miranda.ctd.anl.gov:7123/
What you want to know is your round trip time (another term for latency) which is reported under the 'Statistics' button.

trogers .. i have come back for some little reason .. I done with tweak n get high donwload speed wif Rapidshare server by donwload file . But when i donwload file at download.com , bigfish game server site , n otheri get low speed of it . about not in 10 kb . Why , is that the server page problem , or my tweaking problem . ?

It could be that the server side has had too many connections, depending on the time of day you connected to them.
Post your TCP Analyzer report and we can see if your settings are correct.

Yes, MTU and RWIN are set correctly for 1 mbps @ 500ms latency.
Test your speed at the Malaysian test servers of this link:

rapid share is often drawing from a Level 3 or just as good if not higher connection..therefore you will get faster downloads. Download.com and others that you mentioned are widely used and will be slower cause they are just not as powerful of a site as rapidshare. Its not your connection or tweaking thats a issue. Tweaking is just that, It won't double your speeds or anything of that nature..your fine where your at.

If StreamyX is giving 2 mbps, adjust your TCP Window to 127776 and Window Scaling checked. This will maintain your max. latency at 500ms.

For XP SP2 Window Scaling is turned on automatically when RWIN is 65536 or more. For other earlier WIN system, it has to be set manually.

Best for you to search Google to read up on Terms of Service (ToS) and Diff Serv.

Each intermediate router or gateway in a network along a signal path will face a queue of signal packets. During heavy traffic when signal queue is long, some signal packets may not be send through, but will be discarded while others are sent through.
ToS and Diff Serv is a system of code in your signal packet that specify the traffic priority of your packet (normal, immediate or flash override, etc) so that your packets have a better chance to jump the queue and be sent through.
You can experiment on the number (80, 92, 96, 104, 136, 240) to use and see which suits your ISP's network.

Use TCP Optimizer with each value, reboot comp and surf with your browser. See the different speeds in web page loading, especially those that have lots of graphics. Keep the value that suits your connection.
