accessing 2 netw

I have 2 networks to join.
1 is the regular netw with an adsl modem connected to the internet with ip 192.168.1.x.
But now I have to connect to some machine out of the regular network to a government netw which is on an shdsl modem with this ipaddres 10.18.1.x .
My problem is now how to configure those machines to use the regular netw and also access the government site? Do you have an answer for me?

The Govt site needs to OK the transfers, due to security. Have permissions set for your network to connect.
