Need help otimize

I have a Arris Touchstone TM502g/h telephony modem. I use to download at 1mb/s now it like 750kb/s some server it like 50kb/s.

Timestamps - uncheck

Advanced Settings tab:

Lan Browsing speedup - optimized

Then select "Apply Changes" and reboot to take effect
