I recently signed up for cable internet and I have nothing but problems since day one. My television works fine but my internet service is down 70% of the time. I have contacted my service provider Cebridge Communications on several occasions only to have them tell me "We will send someone out to check it out". They usally arrive when nobody is home and say we can't find a problem. I have spoken with Tech support and they said my modem could be bad, I replaced that and the problem still exists. Recently they sent yet another technician out and they said my modem was working fine and left. When I got home from work SURPRISE it didn't work. I think the problem is outside the house not inside. My neighbor does not have any problems but my connection is down more often than up.
