moving an image in photoshop

So I have an image in photoshop - I have the background layer, then in another layer I have a pasted in pic of a cat. in a third layer I have a brush image - angel wings. theyre at the wrong angle tho, they don't look right. is there a way to rotate the image? If so, I can't find it. I can move the image around on the canvas, but I can't rotate the image at all, to get it at the right angle.

help?

try the warp tool, control + T to bring up the free transform tool, then up top choose the warp option, might be able to do something with that.

thanks.. a friend of mine showed me how to do it. you do hit control t to bring up free transform, but you dont use the warp tool, you just rotate the image to where you want it :)
