At the office I have a Microsoft 2003 small buiness server R2.
I and my partner would like to be able to access the data drive and work with the Outlook CRM database on the server, from home or in the field when we are out begging for buisness.
How should I do this ... I'm LOST!
Thanks for the help

Don't need VPN...you have Remote Web Workplace built into the server
Open/forward ports 443 and 4125 to the LAN IP of your server, make sure strong Admin password, and all users have decent usernames and passwords.

You will need a public domain name for your server too and a static IP which public DNS servers point to for your domain. An alternative would be a DHCP address and using DynDNS.
