I got this funny quirk at my office LAN. I've got a laptop (Sony Vaio) with Win XP PRO. I've set it up to share resources. Hard disk is shared, and I got my PC mapped to it. But whenever I try to access the laptop I have to reshare it again . On the contrary I can not access the portable hard disk. After sharing I have about 15 to 20 minutes of free access. AFter that I have to do the sharing again. I,ve never heard of any time limit in a LAN shared connection. Could this be the case?
