Hi,

I am having a bit of difficulty tring to do a network that has a firewall hardware in it. I have a cable modem hooked up to a SonicWall TZ170 (192.168.0.1) in the wan port. Off of that I have a NetGear wireless router (192.168.10.1), I know it will only act as a wireless access point now. I can hit the internte if I am plugged up directly to the Sonic Wall Firewall but I can't get on the internet if I am plugged (into the OPT Port), or on wireless, to the Netgear wirelss router. I need some help on what the IP's should be and where they should be programmed on wich device. Any help?

You should be able to set the WAN port of your Netgear to "Obtain Auto"..just like if it were on cable internet. However..you're double-NATing that way...which IMO I never want to do, what I'd prefer is to setup the Nutgear as a wireless access point instead of a router. Disable DHCP on it..make it's LAN IP something like 192.168.0.245...and uplink it to your Sonicwall using a LAN port. You won't use the WAN port of the Netgear.
