Help please...can't get on internet !!!! routerrr

Hi , i have spent over 4 hours fixing this problem!!! None of my 2 computers will get internet off the router , D-Link DL-604 & DL-624 as well (Bought new DL-624) Please guys ... i connected everything well , i just dunt know why i get tat problem, i cant even connect to the routers Admin. Really need ya's help ... here's some information i have written down. You guys are really my last ressource ... i pray u can help me out .... please...

Hi,

First off, if you have cable/broadband switch the modem off completly for at least three minutes, on power up the router will assign new IPs for your equipment, secondly and if you still cannot connect, you must have changed the settings to log into the router, if you can't remember try going to "Portforward.com" who have stuff on logging into routers, hope this helps.
