Hi all,
I am posting because just yesterday I have found that my family's wireless connection is not operating the way it should. The set-up at home is My Desktop, which is connected with a wire to the router, the family room desktop and my mother's laptop. The Laptop and the FR desktop are both wireless. (Though the FR comp uses a Netgear 2.0 USB plug-in to get the connection) Anywho, Last night the light on the USB plug-in started blinking erratically, and the desktop lost it's connection, as well as the laptop. For some reason, my Desktop is fine and has retained it's connection to the internet. I'm not sure what could be the issue, as I'm not as computer savvy as I'd like. I dunno if it could be the router/modem or etc.. We have Comcast Cable, and the router is a Netgear MR814v2.
Not sure if the issue is on Comcast's side or ours, My father is certain it is the modem, but who knows.
Thanks alot!
