im kinda new to this and i would want to get the most out of my conection so i wuld gratly appreciate if you guys could help me.
Connection: Cable
ISP: Cox and cox suppost told me my limit was 7mb/560kb i believe but they said that it was really capped at 8mb. however i have gotten up to 11mb before on speed test so dont know if that matters

Try setting TCP Window to 256960.

i already tried it and i actualy think it slowed my connection lol anything else i can do?

wait on second though i dont think i did, can you explain me how i can set my tcp windows to 256960

Use the following with TCP Optimizer:

General Settings tab:
Custom settings - check
Modify All Network Adapters - check
network adapter selection - your NIC
MTU 1500
TTL - 64
TCP Receive Window - 256960
MTU Discovery - Yes
Black Hole Detect - No
Selective Acks - Yes
Max Duplicate ACKs - 2
TCP 1323 Options:
Windows Scaling - checked
Timestamps - uncheck

Advanced Settings tab:
Max Connections per Server - 10
Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 20
LocalPriority - 1
Host Priority - 1
DNSPriority - 1
NetbtPriority - 1
Lan Browsing speedup - optimized
QoS: NonBestEffortLimit - 0
ToS: DisableUserTOSSetting - 0
ToS: DefaultTOSValue - 80
MaxNegativeCacheTtl - 0
NetFailureCacheTime - 0
NegativeSOACache Time - 0
LAN Request Buffer Size - 32768
Then select "Apply Changes" and reboot to take effect
