windows 2000 help..

i would like to know if there is a way to keep your stuff from disappering on your start programs menu and also if it can be done with the rest of the menu's in 2000???

if your talking about the personalized menu thing then:

For start menu-
- right click the taskbar
- General Tab
- Uncheck 'use personalised menus'

For IE5-
- Tools
- Internet options
- Advanced Tab
- Look under browsing heading and uncheck 'Enable Personalized Favourites Menu'

For Office2000-
- right click toolbar
- Customize
- Options Tab
- uncheck 'Menus show recently used commands first'
