problem with tracert on my speedtouch

I have a dsl connection [PPPOA|DynamicIP|PVC Info (VPI.VCI):0.35]

1 33 ms 100 ms 99 ms speedtouch.lan [192.168.1.254]
2 82 ms 64 ms 47 ms 62.135.92.1

there are a problem at 1st hope! it supposed to be >1ms in 1st hope! i dont know how to solve it!

please anyone help me

For speedtouch, ping times at hop 1 may not be <1ms like other routers. Here is a recent thread of another member using speedtouch. His hop 1 shows 29-30ms at hop 1.

But your ping times do show a problem with values of 99-100ms.

Have you installed the latest firmware?
