New at "posting" speed results-is this good?

I am sorry for not knowing where to post. It looks like most of you know alot about "speeding things up". I was wondering if someone could give me some pointers etc.. This is my last speed test result. Is it good? How can I make it better? I have Comcast, I am not sure what download speed plan I have but I did not ask for anything special when it was installed. Any tweaking hints? Thanks Allot in advance.

Your speed looks great it looks like you are on comcast highest teir plain forgot what they called maybe speed boost I think?
