Converting a netgear router into a switch

I wish to be able to print share my print put not have to have computer on so i am told that i can convert my netgear route so that it would effectivly convert it into a wireless print server and connect to my other wireless router. is this possible, and if so could i have a dumb mans guide of how to do it:rtfm: :thumb:

The little I know about this you would need 3rd party firmware for your model.

Does your printer have a built in network port?

i would think it would have to support bridgemode to connect to the other wireless routers. and like cat said. your printer would need a network card or port built in
