Which modulation to choose?

Hi. Am on Dataone ADSL broadband connection in India. While fiddling with the modem settings i find this tab in which i can change the ADSL modulation. The modulation listed are G.Dmt,ADSL,ADSL2+,T1.143,G.Lite,Multimode!! Which one should i choose for optimum performance?? Am on a 2Mbps connection.
