Hello. I am having 2 problems with InoculateIT. It is when you try to start the program, it freezes at the splash screen. I've tried to re-download it and re-install it but that won't fix it. Does anyone know whats wrong? Another problem is with Auto-Download. I run ZA and when I try to run Auto-Download it gets as far as connecting but never downloads. If I turn ZA off, it works. I allow that program (Auto-Download) all privleges (including Server). How do I fix both of these (especially the 1st one)? Anyhelp would be great! Thanks!

I get this message in ZA:
The firewall has blocked Internet access to ftp.ca.com (141.202.215.12) (FTP Data) from your computer.

Ooops - brain was on hold, sorry. Have you tried going into msconfig and unchecking everything but IPE to see if it loads. If it does, one by one add the other programs back.
Sometimes, it is the order that things load that causes the problem.

tekelberry, what did u do to fix the AutoDownload problem? I had that problem before when on High Security with WinME but if u drop down to Medium it worked. I haven't had that problem with Win2K on High Security tho. Did u get a diff workaround?
As to your other problem, what OS are u using? And are u'r drivers updated? I have had some strange things happen (like freezing) because my drivers were bad.

For the 1st problem, it seems like its not doing anything but after like a minute it starts and finishes the download.

Obvious question perhaps - have you registered? The autodownload doesn't work until you do.
