WTF is wrong with my mouse!!! NEED HELP! CAN'T DOUBLE CLICK WITH THUMB BUTTON!!!

i have the optical logitech blue mouse with 4 buttons. i just installed the updated version for it which is v9.26 and before i think i had like v9.06 or something like that.
the problem is that now when i go into control panel,mouse(logitech logo one), now i can't even go to device setup because its all grayed out and can't fix anything.
the thumb button, i set it to double click and now i can't even double click anymore :(
plz help on how to fix this.

Uninstall the MouseWare and go back to the previous working version.

how would u uninstall the mouseware?
actually, i know but how would u get back to the normal working system

D try to uninstall your mouse totally then reinstall sounds like you are missing a file
why do you have to upgrade your mouse driver there is not any real changes or noticable difference
I have the same on one of my computers

forgot to add to last post try just re-installing update again if nothing try the 1st option

un install mousewear then just reboot system windows will load default if it find a mouse attached
