About GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize hypothesis question

Has GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize this parameter in Microsoft's tcpip hypothesis
because I cannot find this parameter from Microsoft's original document
(I refer am the XP part, because I only found Nt/2k/98 not to find XP the part)

I want first to confirm XP does have this parameter because really
finds for the soft document

My copy of XP has a listing for it, but its not a fresh install and i have tweaked it so I dont know if its there by default.

If I were to use TCP Optimizer and reset my registry to Windows default, both GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize and TcpWindowSize will not be present in this registry field:
