I had a friend from ATT install my DSL. Everything seems to be Perfect. Im at 50% capacity for my phone lines, 7000 feet from a tower and i have a strong 3mbps connection down from my DSL modem.
But when i run bandwith tests from my computer im only getting 1mbps down... whats going on?
